Whether you fax your application to finance lap band costs from the physician's office or send it via Internet, we will respond within 30 minutes of receiving your finance application.

Finance Applications submitted after 5pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Suppose I want to ease the upfront cost of a breast augmentation. What are my payment options?

Image Finance offers convenient monthly payment plans. The first plan saves patients substantial money in finance charges by paying off the account in a short period of time (approximately 2 years). The other option allows patients to make lower minimum monthly payments for a longer period of time (up to 4 years), making it easier to budget the payments.

I want to finance a hair transplant, but I might be able to pay it off quickly. Is there a pre-payment penalty?

There is absolutely no penalty for early payment.

Is interest-free financing available for my lap band or breast augmentation?

We offer 12-month interest-free financing, available through select providers. There is a minimum monthly payment, and finance charges accrue and are reinstated upon expiration of the "Same As Cash" period or upon default.

What is my interest rate on the cost of a breast augmentation, for example?

On the “Same as Cash” program you have the option of a 0% interest loan. On other plans there are interest rates as low as 9.9% A.P.R.
