How long will it take to be notified of my approval status?

Whether you fax your application from the physician's office, send it via internet or phone in your application , we will respond within an hour of receiving your application.

What are my payment options?

Image Finance offers convenient monthly payment plans. The first plan saves patients substantial money in finance charges over other programs by paying off the account in a short period of time (approximately 1 year). The other option allows patients to make lower minimum monthly payments, thereby making it easier to fit the payments into the patient's monthly budget by financing the procedure over a longer period of time (approximately 4 years).

Is there a pre-payment penalty?

There is absolutely no penalty for early payment.

Is interest-free financing available?

Image Finance offers 3, 6 and 12 month interest-free financing, which is available through select providers. There is no required minimum monthly payment, and finance charges accrue and are reinstated upon expiration of the "Same As Cash" period or upon default.

What is my interest rate?

On the Same as Cash program (outlined above) you have the option for a 0% interest loan. On other plans interest rates are based upon the credit history of the applicant(s).
